Cancellations

If you are unable to keep a schedule appointment, please contact the salon 24hrs prior to avoid charges. If less than 24hr notice is given or you no show for your services, then you will be held responsible for 50% of the service.

 

Returns

To return a product you must present the receipt from Wesley’s Salon & Spa to receive full payment or a store credit within a 15-day time frame from when item was purchased. All clearance sales are final.

 

Refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please contact the Wesley’s Salon & Spa within 48hrs after receiving the service.
